to live here. He died a few years ago. The cottage caught fire several years ago and he moved into the caravan where he stayed until his death. He was a funny chap and very independent and refused a council property. How he survived I don't know!
It seems that someone has decided to clear the site but its ownership has never been established - J tried to help Jim get title as he'd lived there since the 1960's but the Land Registry would not accept him as the rightful owner. After his death his brother tried to get ownership but he also failed. I suspect that it will be renovated by a person who shall not be named.....!
