Fresh Chefs

Our friend Carlos is back in town, so that meant a trip to a favorite seafood restaurant - El Gabo. One thing that makes this a great place is these three chefs who create the raw dishes. The man on the right is opening oysters, the middle guy is making tiritas (a Zihua specialty), and the dude on the left is creating ceviche. Doesn't get much fresher than this. Another interesting thing is that this takes place right on the street (note the truck passing in the background).
