A special day

The roads were a little more passable today, so we were able to get out! My husband took me out for a delicious lunch as it is my birthday!
We decided not to go out this evening as more rain is forecast and gale force winds are getting up!
Lovely day with family phone calls, presents and cards. This one came from my daughter and her family, and the clock indicates that it was time for a cup of tea!
Now it's almost 6 pm and time for a little something in a glass!!
