Yuzu

A delicious lemon tart and yuzu!  No kids today so we started in B&Q for a bird table.  Was very pleased !

On to the Trafford Centre where we walked around and admired the Christmas trees in John Lewis, then a quick look in Lakeland, especially at the many different cookie cutters!  

Food in Wagamama’s!  So good and we had a great waiter!  He was so funny!  This is my dessert!  They served Ro the wrong ice cream but gave it to us to eat!  Pity to waste it!  I assured him it would not be wasted!  Sea salt caramel ice cream is delicious!  

The tart had a very strong lemon taste which I gather was the taste of the Yuzu or Japanese grapefruit.  About the size of a golf ball according to a video on line!
