Symonds Yat

Today our walking group split up. One group walked through the forest and the rest of us did a river walk. Both groups met at Symonds Yat. We were last arriving and although we had planned a shorter walk, due to path closures and a couple of wrong turns, we ended up doing the longer walk, 12 miles with a very steep ascent at Symonds Yat. The blip shows the view from the top and the wiggly line is a line of sheep. We had a very enjoyable and warm day which culminated in a late dinner at our hotel.
