Despair

This morning I took a woodland walk hoping to find some fungi.

It was pleasant area of mixed woodland with a promising cart track.
After a quarter of a mile I turned a corner and this was the dreadful sight which met my eyes.

My only small consolation is that this wood is not in the Arnside/Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

But I despair at the standards of behaviour displayed by some of my fellow citizens.
