still unattached

I found an old bell-less bell bracket, a was going to use it instead of the rear light bracket/jubilee clip to hold the bar tape in place, now that I'm no longer using it as a light mount. After being in my pocket all day, it has been moved to my bag after spiking me in the hip in the evening.
