Network Rail's 'clearing' train

My first glimpse of a  train using specialist machines to clean the rails. It certainly made enough noise as it scooshed through the station. Or this may be a leaf-busting treatment train that uses water jets and then applies a sand-based gel to help trains grip the rails. This must be progress!
