The day began well with time to walk and pray with Danny...
A day of exciting deliveries, a brilliant new book, Spanish and Catalan bibles, and a little package for Asha from a friend. Much excitement in the Hamp5on household.
Time with a friend, time with more people later on at Caña Club, a free trial and sample of some local natural skin products...

Drama of the day;
Asha feeling really quite unwell with a suuuper heavy cold.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A challenging & realigning book.
2) Open conversation that leaves you realising you're not alone!
3) Lemon, ginger & honey.
