From little acorns...

A sunny cloudless day.

We managed to dodge the storms here yesterday apart from a small shower.  Barcelona and Mallorca seem to have been most affected.   It will be a while before the displaced are home again, although I guess the properties will dry out quicker in this climate.

Out walking today I came across these acorns but the leaves on the tree not the same as English Oaks.   I think the variety is Quercus virginiana - Live Oak Tree.   I hadn't thought about oak trees antwhere exvept the UK!
