My gym is closing for a big renovation and several machines will not return - like this one, with the orange note on the bottom. This treadmill will be destroyed and I feel a bit sad about it. I've used this for cardio many times. I took one last quick walk, before I left. 
I did an arm, chest and stomach workout today. No legs yet... :D 

Mum is slowly getting better and the hospital will release her when the nausea has gone away. But, they will not release her until someone (me) can meet up and stay with her. They say she'll be fine, and that's a big relief!
