Neighbor's Tools

The guy whose socket set this is lives in my neighborhood.  He has three small children all under the age of 10.  The youngest hasn't started school yet.
Yesterday he was working in his back yard while his children buzzed around in seven different directions at once.  One of them took his set and put it in the back of the battery driven little car they were driving.   last night's rain has filled the case with water and mud.  I hope he finds it before too long.
