Fan Blades

The restaurant we ate lunch in today has these fans-on-a-stick rotating slowly above while the patrons have their meal below.  They're all attached to a single shaft so the motion is always synchronous. It's a relaxing yet steam-punkish hypnotic movement that I very much enjoyed.
