Ackergill Tower, Wick

Ackergill Tower, believed to have been built in the mid 15th century sits on a cliff and we are sleeping here tonight.  The jutting out part on the right hand side is our loo and the views from our room are of a spectacularly rough rough sea.  
The wifi is dreadful so may not get much blipping done.  Thanks for your kind comments, stars and heart.  Have a good weekend.  Tomorrow we are taking a car ferry to the Orkney Islands.
