Bake

I came over all domesticated and decided to bake a Victoria sponge first time ever.

The first hurdle was the recipe, which called for two cake tins and I only have one! So I baked a larger cake and cut it in half - problem solved!

Then I realized there was no jam and no ingredients for the buttercream sigh. A quick search of the fridge resulted in plenty of mango chutney and chilli sauce ;) Fortunately, hidden behind a large jar of pickles was a jar of apple butter. Sorted!
