NOT BAD.....

WEEK 37: LOST 1 stone and 2+pounds
AIM: to hit 14:5:0

Not bad....considering after a rough start to the week with a tummy bug ( got down to 14:4:8!) I then craved comfort food days later so 2 takeaways and cakes I'm quite content with this.....full steam ahead
