Start the day

Any day that starts with a paddle before breakfast is going to go well.

Everyone else spent the morning on the beach. I spent it it on a bike.

We met up around lunchtime on the beach and I dragged Mrs S to a bar so I could learn about string theory and quantum mechanics.

Home for showers and then off for way too much food at Tolo’s.

Another early night ahead I reckon.
