Balloons

Hope Charley appreciates these balloons in the morning, not that we'll have a great deal of time to play before church! It does not really reflect the day at all but it's the only picture I've taken all day, bar an emergency one of some presents waiting for Charley.

Swimming for the boys this morning (Aunty Joan came with us to watch), followed by a nap, and then eventually we made it out of the house for a quick wander around Arundel in the wind and rain. The boys have LOVED having their grandparents here! Ben climbed out of bed this morning declaring he was going to see if Grandma and Grandad were awake. Which they were, to his delight! While we were swimming Gran and Grandad arrived and all the christmas presents were stashed in the loft. Been quite tired today and so were the boys...

And then Matt and Sue arrived while I was falling asleep putting the boys to bed! So they have rescued me from bliplessness :)

Funny to think this time a year ago I was being wheeled down the corridor to the delivery suite, kneeling up on a hospital wheelchair, feeling very very ready to push, being told I mustn't because I really didn't want to give birth in the corridor....
