Honister

Had a drive up the Borrowdale Valley looking for autumn colours, not as spectacular as we thought it might have been and loads of people about. When we eventually found somewhere to park we had a little walk by the river Derwent and then a drive over Honister Pass. We stopped off at the slate mines for a cuppa, this is where my Blip was taken, the sky was just turning into nice evening light colours.
