Fly agaric

My mycologist friends (Ella and Will) and I went on a guided foraging walk today in Crawley of all places. We can now confidently identify some of the tastiest mushrooms so are all set to go forth on our own. It was v interesting, a bit slow at times because of all the other people but finished up with slap up mushroom dishes cooked and eaten in the beautifully sunny outdoors. What a fab and exhausting day.
