Fluffy with chocolate topping and lollies

I was possibly more impressed with this awesome looking fluffy than my friend's wee daughter :-)

Today I returned to intensive exercise and my respiratory system coped. I approached it sensibly and didn't push too hard. It's good to be back particularly as I have a wee event in a couple of weeks and I'm a bit under done.

The cousins from last week reappeared today. We were all a lot better than last week. We've sat outside enjoying balmy weather and cold cider, and later a bbq. They could easily pass a quiz on my landscaping plans ;-)
