International Bomber Command Centre

When new young people come to live with us we ask them where they would like to go and what they would like to see.  The result are always different and they struggle to think so we add a few ideas of out own.  This weekend we had no kids so decided to visit the International Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln.  This was a choice I added to the list but it never really gained favour with the kids.  I was delighted we went.  The weather was glorious and the memorial spire and the walls are humbling.

A beautiful place that will remain on the list for future visits, and I will encourage the kids to go.
