the lovely teenager

Maybe I got lucky, maybe they were right when they said all those years ago "a tricky baby will mean an easy teenager!". Whatever the why, I am lucky indeed.

But why a hat inside? She is off to Berlin on Tuesday for 5 days on a school trip for German and World History and we were packing her bag - for all eventualities sunshine and snow.

We are BOTH nervous and excited...
