Tiny

but fierce: I cut several Hydrangea flowers and brought them into the house until I noticed that little white bellied spiders lived in them. So out they went again and I started shaking to get them out. It took forever and only when I used my fingers, I discovered why they absolutely didn't want to leave: At the  bottom of the flower she had made a cradle for 157 new little spiders and did not want to leave them alone. So I cut the cradle and dropped it next to her. I never learned what she did then. For a long time nothing happened. Hours later they both had disappeared....
Lots of yardwork before we leave for the winter, temps are mild....
