Frost

I woke early due to the time changing. 7 am was suddenly 6 am.

I had booked the training hall from 11 am to 1 pm, but I left early and took the boys for a walk before going to the hall. It was such a beautiful day - cold but blue sky and sunshine. There was frost on the ground, which made the autumn leaves on the ground sparkle. 

I have a lot to do in the training hall this time of year as we are working on brand new routines. The 2 hours flew by!

I did my grocery shopping on the way home and have spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing and cuddling the boys.
