Nice when you get a text message like that.

It was a grey, damp day in Newcastle, but it was brightened up considerably by a mini-blipmeet with Gail, as we met up and enjoyed lunch and a chat.

And yet again I know why I make the journey by train to Newcastle, as I was privileged to be at two stimulating talks given by two very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic lecturers. And to be in the company of so many like-minded people too.
