I love growing herbs and plants, but keeping them alive in the cold weather has been a problem before because some are tropical plants like the Avocado and Mango. So this year I had a brainwave. I purchased some thick gauge shower curtains and hung them along the edge of my back porch, which provides some insulation and protection from the cold wind yet doesn’t block the sun on the sunny days. So I am hoping that this will protect my plants this year
