Morning Routine

So first I have a long drink of alkaline water. We just bought a new water filter which in addition to carbon filtration to get rid of chemicals, it also alkalizes the water.
Then I take a Metabolic Formula, which is a herbal tincture to help me burn fat and not feel hungry while I do my Intermittent Fasting. This is not eating for 16 hours to give my digestive system time to rest. Then I start offthe 8 hour window of eating with some homemade Kefir with SCT oil in various forms- in a smoothie or with ground flax seed and chia seeds in a sort of porridge. At least I start the day right!
