That time of year

The clocks go back, the night navigation sessions begin.. . 

A simply glorious night in Langdale tonight. Arriving as most cars are leaving always feels a little special. 
Under a crystal clear sky we took time out from our tasks to simply stop and stare, the heavens sparkling and seeming almost close enough to touch.
A great group and also excellent to have more ladies than gents - a hopefully positive sign that slowly we're encouraging a better gender balance in the outdoor sector. A loop of the valley floor and finished with some pacing games in the dark - some attendees are going to find the homework easier than others me thinks!
