The big picture

Whenever I go into Kendal this is the view that greets me as I drive home. Pah - I live in Cumbria, who am I kidding. This is the view I know is usually there behind the cloud and the clag, somewhere beyond the driving rain.
But today there it gloriously was, proper soul food.

Today could have been bogged down dealing with the continued pettiness of one member of the Association for which I'm Chair.
Fortunately I decided to take a big picture view and not interact with the pettiness, we have nearly a thousand members and we're working on some really important projects, so Im going to focus on those. I sent a polite "read the minutes, work it out for yourself". It felt surprisingly good....
