Keeping an eye on the sheep

I am pretty sure the sheep on the left has been "serviced" by a ram, hence the yellow blodge on her rear.  Its that time of year and I am keeping an eye out for action.  No idea what the blue neck signifies.  Seconds later these two were butting each other. Wondering what the speech bubbles would say
