Shopping followed by Chiropractor appointment.  I came away with some more 'biofreeze' spray and a new heat/ice pack together with some exercises to do.  

Home, and I'm taking strong painkillers to allow me to keep moving around and get a few chores done.

Bully boy almost got in through the cat flap today :(  Following Charlie in...but thankful he didn't get in....  Poor Girl!  Glad I'm at home to sort it out.
