The Old Mill

Just had to get out today, so went for a short drive and then a walk to the River Ericht where there are several old mills, which used to be used to make flax. Some have been converted into beautiful flats, but these are still derelict, which is such a shame.

Missed a great blip just as I was putting my camera away (always the case, isn't it?) I turned to go and a red squirrel came running along the bridge towards me, stopped right at my feet and then dashed on across the bridge!

Had to walk up 400, well maybe just 40 steps to get back to the car, but it certainly seemed like more!!
