Salmon and Leek mornay

Haven't done much today, bar clean the house. I've been recharging, cleaning and cooking. This was lunch. I have a new recipe book -, Simply Delicious by an Irish cook. So these were her recipes. The salmon was thinly sliced and oven roasted for 3 minutes with olive oil and coriander ( a variation on her recipe), while the leeks were exactly replicated. All in all it was delicious.
