Phare de Grave

.... which is not far from Pointe de Grave.
On a grey November day, this is the rather diminutive Phare, or lighthouse, at the tip of the Gironde peninsula.

For Mono Monday's theme of far, I am playing on words a little by using a photo of Un Phare ;) 

Having said that, the boat to the left isn't going to be going very far stood on dry land.
