Not rolling

While we all vacated the house for today’s viewing we took the opportunity to go for a walk and Polly saw it as an opportunity to go for a roll. Every time I tried to get an action shot of her doing it, though, she stopped.

Meanwhile, the vet called and Basil’s kidneys have indeed deteriorated so he’s being started on renal food tomorrow and another urine sample has gone off to the lab, results due on Saturday.

I’ve just tried out the new trimmers on him and managed to get his body done. Not sure he’s going to let me do his ears, legs and tails, though, so I’ll have to try and do it by stealth, ie when he’s asleep!
