Abstract Thursday: The Burning Bush

Well, strictly it's a dwarf winter flowering cherry tree, but I hope that you will cut me some slack.  

This shot was taken with flash as the blue hour was upon us.  I've then taken it into the photo studio to try to create more of a "cartoon" effect.  I've deliberately used a series of layers and filters to simplify the details and flatten the image, to create something that gives the impression of having been drawn or painted.  Hope it appeals!
