Aqua autumn

These old water lily leaves caught my eye; their big plates are curling inwards, a good reflection of the autumnal wind down I feel.

I'd seen my homeopath and then was due thermal breast scan a couple of hours later, but the strict instructions said nil by mouth and no exercise 3 hours prior. So Poppydog and I made do with a gentle stroll (hobble) around a pond and I pretended not to notice an available coffee shop.

I joined a gym! When the knee behaves I can get more vigorous but I'm sure gentle swimming would be OK. I hope.

A day of fiddling between appointments. Sort of limbo-like in many respects at present, can't settle to anything.
