Rainy day fun

It was a cold wintry mix of rain, sleet and snow today. It was the kind of day where you either wanted to go back to bed or get out of the house. I was watching my granddaughter today chose getting out of the house. I took her with me for a ride to my sister's house for our regular Tuesday Pilates workout. My nieces offered to help out with my granddaughter and one of them bought her some Play-Doh.
What a hit that turned out to be. She had never tried it before and she loved it! It's hard to believe that something that was originally made to be a wallpaper cleaner in the 1930's is still fascinating children all these years later.
She rolled out a big rectangle of orange play-doh and said, "Mimi I made cheese!"
