Hurrah!

Today, completely unexpectedly, the government announced that next May it will close Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre, just outside Oxford.

This is a photo I took there almost a year ago so please forgive my rule-breaking, but I have to acknowledge today.

Of course the rest of our government's immigration policy is a disaster but for now I am delighted.
