Evening Quiet

A sombre sunset with a smokey sky.  I went up to Half Moon Bay to meet a friend who was hoping to capture dramatic smoke effects - in the end everything was more subdued, and gloriously quiet and fresh as the light faded. It seemed to fit Armistice Day.
Not sure about the ghostly seagull, I guess he adds character or something.
