A fairly close shave

My eldest had been growing his hair for the last 2, possibly 3 years.
My policy was that as long as he cared for it, he could grow it. Seeing prohibition of hair length as a pointless exercise.
Suddenly, he announced that it was time to go to the hairdressers.
So, without a fuss, we went to the bizarre hipster barber - who took clippers to his locks.
I have an extra of how long it was, but the finished effect well have to wait for another blip entry.
