How did we end up here?

"Can we go swimming? "
"Yeah, there's a pool not far away, let's go for 3 o'clock."

Turns out that the swimming pool was literally just down the road from the Etihad Stadium and Manchester City were playing Burnley.
As the first swimming session was full we decided to have a walk up there just to have a look and kill some time. We got there, took a photo, decided we'd ticked that box and so decided to go back to swim.
