Gluten Free

Once again I have spent the day at Addenbrookes Hospital with my husband. They are keeping him in over the weekend, as his oxygen levels are a little low.
 
Today’s picture is my gluten free mince tart, which I had for pudding after eating my salad at the hospital. It annoys me greatly that Vegan comes before Gluten free, I do not choose to have this autoimmune disease called Coeliac, they choose to be Vegan. (Apologies to any Vegans looking at this, no offence is meant,)

Foggy when I left home this morning, foggy all day in Cambridge and  foggy when I got home.
