Scottish Book Week

The FM asked people to share what they are reading. I'm a third of the way through the one on the right thanks to the amazing Edinburgh Libraries 'Library to Go'.

Another terrible night's sleep of needless worry but walking to the dentist meant a total of 12k steps. Then a day in the office, the usual meetings and other stuff. At the end of the day an unexpected update brought good news about the future swiftly followed by an email that brought a diary challenge.

Home, by bus, to freeze the meals I made for mum, prep for the meeting tomorrow and watch a really shocking programme about Teflon and its effects on all of us. Tired, early bed.
