Soda Bread

Not bad for a first attempt.  Definitely edible and a lovely crunchy crust.

This was all I was capable of today.  I had a horrible night - plagued by coughing fits and asthma attacks (first time in ages I've had real problems breathing).  But on the plus side, I have homemade bread & later, some homemade soup to go with it.

After that I will be off to bed to stay warm and hopefully make up the sleep deficit.
