Shadow Chasing

I (Chris) worked locally today, first day this week without a long commute. Lots of stuff going on to set the plans for 2019 (and make sure it aligns with available budgets).

Two medical visits today, a quick trip to the hospital for some blood tests at lunchtime (part of the regular diabetic care regime) and then the Dr's this evening for an assessment of why my shoulder has been painful for the past 3 months. Thankfully nothing obviously wrong but some physio suggested.
