Favourite Path

After a jobs morning we walked in to Bingley through a very soggy St Ives to drop my new frock in for alteration and decided to go to the Loft for lunch.  We both ordered the special sandwich - turkey, stuffing and cranberry on focaccio and they were huge with salad and fries, so it will be a snack for tea.

On the way home down the hill we both commented on the slippiness of the leaves on the pavement so it was on with our scruffs and a couple of hours of path clearance ensued.  Tony went a bit mad and did some serious bramble shifting on the top part so it should be much easier for folks to negotiate en route to St Ives.  We chatted with various folks coming backwards and forwards: several dogwalkers; a cheery walker chappy and a couple taking a large box of fat balls up to the bird hide.  The squirrels will be happy!

My blip is of my favourite path in St Ives, looking a bit forlorn in the sogginess.
