Lawn weeds

It's a safe bet that I won't be winning lawn of the year ;-)

Eventually I'll improve the lawn but not until after the landscaping project is done. Good things take time.

My garage door has hemorrhaged tonight with a bracket tearing out as it lowered and cables on either side twisting and snapped. Then there's the gouge in the door.... :-(

I'm not a builder or a garage door expert but I know a shoddy installation when I see one. The single 6cm bolt that tore out of plaster is the give away. Anyway, I've emailed the house company and I'm feeling remarkably relaxed.

Today's gratitude: For the awesome community where I live. 3 blokes freed the garage door so I could get my car out and then secured it. I'm very grateful
