A bloody good brunch ...

... which was rather tasty and good way to start the final day of the Birnam Book Festival. Took it slightly easier today - only 4 events compared to 6 yesterday- and also took time out for a stroll through Birnam Woods. Today's events started with blood from  code reds to contaminated products, then covered the dying art of obiturary writing (sorry - could resit pun) then  poverty safari (a must read if you havent already done so) before visiting Harlem in 1968.

A great weekend with much to mull over and reflect upon, but not tonight - a glass of red wine and an episode to Beck beckons.
